We had the pleasure of photographing Karen for our 40 Over 40 Portrait Experience. Karen has an amazing personality and we had such a blast!

What excited you most about participating in the 40 Over 40 Portrait Experience?

Karen - “Being pampered and getting a beautiful make over for my pictures. I’m pretty shy about my self. But the experience was amazing.”

Is there any wisdom you would like to impart or encouraging word you would have for other women?

Karen - “Body image. It’s something every woman struggles with. At one point during my shoot my daughter and granddaughters came to watch. I was a proud nana. They were excited to see my eye lashes and my hair. They thought what I was wearing was beautiful. And said woah nana!! That’s so pretty. That spoke volumes for me.”
